The scan is free, and if orthotics won't help, he'll tell you.

What to expect
- 1.Exam. Dr. Douglas checks your feet, ankles, knees and hips, and watches how you stand and walk.
- 2.Free scan. A digital scanner maps both feet while you stand. It takes a few minutes.
- 3.Ordering. If orthotics make sense, they're made by Foot Levelers for your feet and the shoes you'll wear them in.
- 4.Pickup. Turnaround is usually 3 to 5 business days from the scan.
- 5.Break-in. Wear them a little longer each day over one to two weeks.
