Notes
BlueCross BlueShield
In network. Chiropractic coverage, visit limits and copays vary by plan.
Medicare
In network. See what Medicare covers below.
If your plan isn't listed, you can still be seen as a self-pay patient. Call us and we'll talk through your options.
What Medicare covers
Medicare Part B covers chiropractic adjustments of the spine to correct a spinal problem (subluxation) when they're medically necessary. After your Part B deductible, you typically pay 20 percent of the Medicare-approved amount. Medicare doesn't cover the exam, X-rays, massage, dry needling or other services a chiropractor provides; we'll tell you up front which parts of your visit fall outside Medicare and ask you to sign a notice before any of them.
HSA and FSA
We accept HSA and FSA cards for eligible services, including chiropractic care and custom orthotics.
Auto accident and personal injury
We treat injuries from car accidents and other personal injury cases. Tell us when you book that your visit is accident-related so we can sort out which coverage applies before your first visit. Auto accident care
