What to Expect When You Visit

Your First Visit

When you arrive, our friendly staff will greet you and take a copy of your ID and insurance card. Then, you will meet with your chiropractor after all forms have been obtained. This visit lasts about 45 minutes to an hour.

Before entering our office, our office staff will send you all patient forms to be filled out. After all intake forms have been received, the Doctor will perform a complete chiropractic examination, which may include orthopedic testing, neurological testing, range of motion testing, spinal screening, along with any other physical testing that is needed with prior consent.

Dependent on your condition, x-rays may be needed for further diagnostics. X-rays help the Doctor develop an effective treatment plan for you as well as alert us of any serious spinal condition before treatment. In some cases, misalignments may be seen on x-ray.

Your Second Visit

Between your first and second visit, the Doctor will design a care plan that is tailored specifically for you and your needs.

Report of Findings: At your second visit, the Doctor will give you a detailed report of all findings from your exam and x-rays on day 1, as well as answer any questions you may have. Lastly, the Doctor will go over your personal plan prescribed by the Doctor as well as any other recommendations that your condition may require to achieve your goals.

First Adjustment: After your plan of care and review of findings, if you accept care as a new patient, you will receive your first treatment.

Follow-Up Visits

Your regular visits will take 15 and 30 minutes, depending on your specific treatment plan and any other therapies you may receive.

“He listens and helped me greatly with just one visit. I have had problems with my neck/back for years. After my visit, I felt better than I had in years. I will be back on a regular basis."

Financial Considerations

At Elevate Sport and Spine, we strive to provide transparency to our patients when it comes to finances.

At your second visit, a financial consultation will be scheduled with our office manager after the Doctor presents your review of findings and care plan. This will be a full breakdown and explanation of your insurance benefits.
